We are happy to accept returns within 30 days from purchase date. We do ask that the item be unused and in the same condition it was received in (for example, unopened and still in original packaging). We also ask that you have proof of purchase such as an order number or credit card memo.
Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. By returning a purchased item to us, you are transferring ownership of that item to us. In the event we reject your requested refund, we have no obligation to return the item to you.
If your requested refund is approved, it will be processed as store credit in the form of CannaBuzz Store Gift Card. If you have requested an exchange, the exchange product will be shipped once the returned product is received and inspected.

Super Sale, closeout/discontinued, and free gift with purchase items are not eligible for return or refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you'll receive a store credit for the value of your approved return. Once the returned item is received and approved for refund, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
